What makes up The Social Group (TSG) ?

Yesterday you met DC’s up and coming promotional company, The Social Group (TSG). Now it’s time to take a look at the groups that make up TSG:

BXS: @FuFu_and_Soup @Femdawg @ACDaKinG @Afletch_84 @Kawasakyi

Cultivated at the University of Maryland, BXS went from throwing house parties in their townhouse to the then popular Santa Fe Café in College Park, on to hosting events at some of DC’s hottest clubs. Formally formed in 2010, BXS set themselves apart from other promotional groups with their ability to market to students, young professionals and celebrities in innovative ways. This group coined the term “Lightshow” with their Beyond Extraordinary Style.

 Genius Society: @JoePromoL @XclusiveCrump @Lzenor @Ellealiseartistry @FreeMyAce @TricePrinceIsMe @ChrisChatt88 @Diplowmatic @Ssherron

Hailed from Chicago and refined at Howard University where they began throwing parties in 2006, Genius Society prides themselves on their ability to throw “clever” events that rival traditional nightlife experiences. From Platinum to Love and now some of the most sought-after venues in DC, Genius Society has endured through their ability to think outside the box in marketing to students and alumni from local universities.

ThoseGuyz: @OnlyRell @PabloRaul @IamQDJones

Three Fraternity brothers and one vision bred the lifestyle and nightlife public relations group, ThoseGuyz. Founded in 2006, ThoseGuyz grew from hosting parties at Station 9 to throwing DC’s most popular day party at Rosebar amongst other ventures. They pride themselves on their ability to create one-of-a-kind party experiences for their collegiate and young professional clientele.

The Social Group will host its official launch party this Friday at Bar 7 with guest host, Love and Hip Hop’s Tahiry.
